Dillydallyers be warned! The housing market is surging, homebuilder confidence is the strongest it has been in 7 ½ years (according to Reuters), and there are only a few homes remaining at Madison Crescent in Gainesville, Virginia.
So if you are serious about getting a fabulous new townhome just steps from Harris Teeter, less than a mile from Wegman’s, and minutes from I-66, you might want to spend a little less time reading this blog and a little more time getting in your car and visiting Madison Crescent.
Here’s what you’ll find when you arrive. A 3-level decorated model with lots of windows and open, airy living spaces, a gorgeous kitchen with granite, stainless steel, and a gleaming center island, a huge recreation room with separate office, and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and detached 2-car garage.
You’ll also find very attractive prices on the final homes, which are available for quick delivery. There were 5 homes remaining but now there are only 3 and they’ve all been reduced during Miller & Smith’s Final Countdown at Madison Crescent. For example, one home that was priced in the $400s (Homesite 208) in now selling for $386,460.
You could wait until the weekend to visit, but frankly, given the limited number of homes remaining, you should probably just take a personal day or schedule a doctor’s appointment in Gainesville (wink, wink).
Your overflowing inbox will still be there tomorrow. These homes, however, may not be.
