First Look Facebook Contest Rules & Regulations  

How to enter:

1. Visit our Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/millerandsmithhomes
2. Leave a comment on the PINNED post by 3/31. In the comment, let us know what a First Look at a Miller & Smith home could mean for you and your family. How do you envision spending time in your new home?
3. Encourage friends & family to visit the post and “like” your comment.

Rules & Regulations:

1. One entry per user is permitted.
2. Entries will be accepted from 1/23/19 to 3/31/19.
3. Winners will be notified via comment on the pinned Facebook post and must respond within 72 hours via direct message to claim their prize.
4. Submitted comments are subject to use by Miller & Smith for future branding and advertising purposes. Miller & Smith reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who submits any inappropriate or offensive comments as determined by the contest administrator.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
6. The contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
7. The three contest winners will each receiveone $100 Amazon E-gift card.

1. Post a photo on your Instagram profile.
2. Caption the post with how you would spend time in a new Miller & Smith home.
3. Include the tags @millerandsmith and #FirstLookGiveaway in the caption.
