Handyman Services Three Times a Year

Half-day of handyman service (4 hours). Choose from a variety of services including:

  • Adjust Cabinet Doors And Drawers
  • Color-Stick Touch Up on Hardwood Floors
  • Hanging Pictures

Half-day of handyman service (4 hours). Choose from a variety of services including:

  • Minor Interior Caulking Repair & Touch Up
  • Minor Grout Repair and Grout Sealing
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Weather Stripping Repair at Doors

Full-day of handyman service (8 hours). Choose from a variety of services including:

  • Exterior Caulk Inspection and Repair around all windows
  • Roof Inspection
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Granite Countertop Resealing

Mechanical System Check-Ups

  • HVAC System

    Spring & Fall Check-UpsWe’ll do a complete 23 point check-up that includes the following services and more: inspect and adjust blower assembly, inspect and tune burners, clean ignition assembly, calibrate thermostat, test refrigerant, inspect evaporator coil, adjust fan switch, lubricate all moving parts, rinse outside condensing coil, inspect and clean filters.
  • Electrical System

    Year One Check-UpDuring the first year in your home, we’ll provide a complete safety inspection that includes the following services and more: Test ground fault receptacles, test smoke detectors to ensure they’re interconnected and working properly, inspect and tighten grounding system, inspect main electrical panel and, if applicable, check attic fan.
  • Plumbing System

    Year One Check-UpDuring the first year in your home, we’ll provide a complete safety inspection that includes the following services and more: visual inspection of all plumbing components including toilets, faucets, drains and valves, inspect water heater, check water pressure, identify and tag shut o valves for main water supply, gas supply and hot water.
