E(Sea) Living. Starts This Weekend.

Posted on June 12, 2014 by Miller and Smith Blog Team

Not many people can call their primary residence their vacation home. That is, unless you’re one of the lucky ones who call Millville by The Sea home. Whether you’re staying in, or taking the short four mile shuttle to popular Bethany Beach, either way, you’re sure to relax, unwind and feel a world away, even if you’re sitting in your own living room. It’s where flip-flops, Bermuda shorts and sunscreen are the preferred uniform. It’s where staying in is just as much fun as going out. It’s where the biggest decision you’ll make all day is whether to walk across the street to your Lifestyle Center pub or meet your friends at the local “Crab Shack.” Only a stone’s throw from your front door. This weekend, you can see for yourself what living a true Staycation lifestyle really feels like at the Millville by The Sea model court Grand Opening.

Millville by The Sea by Miller & Smith

Miller & Smith will debut the new Summerhouse Collection of single-family homes with three new floorplans to uncover. These contemporary, open layouts offer 3-4 bedrooms in one and two-story designs and up to 2,174 square feet. Perfect for recent retirees, all of the homes feature first floor master suites, which complement the easy living, low maintenance lifestyle that will leave you with more than enough time to explore all the new attractions in and around your new neighborhood. A Miller & Smith signature, these homes also boast Top Chef kitchens with Infinity islands, as well as the opportunity for screened porches and decks.

There’s just so much to do here. Plain and simple. There’s the Lakeside Lifestyle Center complete with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, Dance Studio, Pub and Crab Shack with screened pavilion. There’s a resort-style pool featuring splash zones and a “water walk” for the kids, expansive decking, umbrellas, tables, lounge chairs and a covered pavilion. Let’s not forget your own Lake Summerwind. Perfect for paddle boats, flat boats and fishing. Last but not least, the pis de resistance. Bethany Beach. Oh yeah, that. And you’re only four miles away (and did we mention with free shuttle access.)
