Rest assured, the attentive service you enjoyed from your Sales Manager and Construction Superintendent will continue with our Warranty Service Department.

Your Miller and Smith home comes with a one year limited warranty backed by a 10-year structural 3rd party warranty. After closing on your Miller and Smith home, our Warranty Service Department will administer the warranty on your new home. Please review a copy of this warranty which is included in your Miller and Smith Homeowner's Guide.

The Warranty Service Manager and Warranty Service Craftsman assigned to your community will make every effort to promptly and effectively resolve your warranty concerns. Please review your Miller and Smith Homeowner's Guide for a complete description of our warranty procedures.

As part of our dedication to customer satisfaction, Miller & Smith plans two standard post settlement warranty visits with you. The first is a 60 day Post-Settlement Orientation and the second is an 11-month service.
